Does the bike look ready for the trip?
The bike now has almost 3,000 miles on it. There was no way the original tires were going to make the trip so I have a new set of tires being mounted tomorrow. The plan is to put bike back together tomorrow night.
I also have a new "touring" windshield that has been on order since May and the last word is that is should arrive on Monday, June 15. I hope it comes in before the trip!
When these 2 things are done - the bike should be ready to go.
